Dr. Michelle Saltarrelli, AuD, CCC, A/SLP

Dr. Michelle Saltarrelli resides in Pearland with her husband and five sons. During her family time, she and husband are watching their sons in various sports and band events. Sports include venues for both school and local recreational organizations. Dr. Saltarrelli achieved her Master of Science Degree in 2001 from Southeastern Louisiana University and her Doctorate of Audiology in 2008 from Louisiana Tech University. Her residency was completed at Methodist Hospital in the Medical Center and at Houston Ear Research Foundation (HERF). Dr. Saltarrelli’s career includes adjunct professor, researcher, and speaker at national conferences for audiologists and speech language pathologists. She hosts her own live, monthly talk radio show on 700AM Meet the Experts.

Dr. Carrie Raz, AuD, CCC-A

Dr. Carrie Raz was born and raised in the Houston area and currently lives in Pearland with her husband and 2 children. As a native Houstonian, she is a big fan of the Houston Astros or any local sports team. Dr. Raz loves being close to her parents and 5 siblings, who the majority live in the greater Houston area. Dr. Raz enjoys problem solving and thinking outside the box. Dr. Raz received both her Bachelor’s in Communication Disorders in 2011 and Doctorate in Audiology in 2015 at Lamar University in Beaumont. Her 4th year externship was completed in Brooklyn, New York with a private practice that contracted with an otologist, pediatric otolaryngologist, and general otolaryngologist. Throughout her career she has worked with several different specialists to provide a more holistic approach for patient care. Dr. Raz loves to make her patients to feel heard as well as hear their best with her patient driven care.

Vilma Sandoval, Speech Language Pathology Assistant, Marketing Director

Vilma Sandoval was born and raised in Houston, Texas and currently resides in Rosharon, TX with her husband and three dogs.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Houston in 2017. While in school, Dr. Saltarrelli was her professor and soon became her mentor. Since receiving observation hours for school, she began working as an office administrator. Once she graduated, she began working full time as an SLP Assistant. She enjoys working with children and providing the best quality of care!

On her days off you will find her camping, fishing, singing or shopping!

 

Erynn Richards M.S., SLP-CF, Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow

Erynn Richards was born in Jerseyville, Illinois and moved to League City, Texas when she was eight and has resided there ever since. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders (2021) and her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (2023) from Stephen F. Austin State University. She is currently completing her clinical fellowship and has a special interest in fluency disorders. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, shopping, watching TV, and spending time with family and friends.

Autumn Oak has such a welcoming and caring environment that I am grateful to be a part of. I enjoy getting to know my patients and helping them meet their speech and language goals.

Mahogany Mason-Kelly M.S., SLP-CF, Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow

Hello everyone! My name is Mahogany Mason-Kelly, but you can call me Maggie. I was born and raised in Houston Texas, and completed my undergrad at Lamar University. I just graduated with my CF SLP certification from Lewis University in Romeoville Illinois, and my clinical interest include oral motor disorders, language disorders, feeding/swallowing. I enjoy what I do and I’m looking forward to growing professionally with each and everyone of you. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of the Autumn Oak team.

Haleigh Beaird Music Therapist

Haleigh Beaird, MMT, MT-BC

Haleigh Beaird, MMT, MT-BC is an ambitious music therapist and owner of Helpful Harmonies Music Therapy with 7 years of clinical experience. Helpful Harmonies Music Therapy was established in 2022 to assist children with disabilities, adolescents needing mental health support, parents with young children in the community, and surrounding school district’s special education programs.

Haleigh is a Board Certified Music Therapist (#13057) that has her Masters of Music Therapy from Texas Woman’s University, and a Bachelor’s in Music Therapy from Texas Woman’s University where she completed her 1,500-hour internship with Texas Health and Human Services at the Denton State Supported Living Center working with residents with intellectual disabilities.

OUR ADMINISTRATORS

 

Sheri Sheehan, Chief Administrator (Audiology Clinic)

Sheri Sheehan was born in Denton, Texas and moved to Lake Jackson, Texas when she was 5 years old. She is a graduate of Brazoswood High School and attended college in Huntsville at Sam Houston State University.

She has been married for 27 years to her husband.  They have two kids, a son and daughter who are 25 and 22 years old.

They moved to Pearland in 1998 and consider Pearland home.

Sheri enjoys reading, puzzles, traveling, hiking, cruising, and the great outdoors. She has visited beautiful places around the world like Bolivia, Greece, Rome and of course a little closer to home Alaska, Yosemite, Maine, and many more. 

Her and her family attend Second Baptist Church in Pearland and are very active in their church community. They serve on the first impressions team, and love to serve their community through their church like feeding and clothing the hungry and bringing the gospel of Jesus Christ to people.

She started working at Autumn Oak in 2013. “I am the chief administrator in the hearing clinic.  I absolutely love my job and the people I work with. I enjoy getting to know each of our patients and seeing the improvements in their quality of life that we help provide them with.”

Michele Landry, Office Manager (Speech Clinic)

Michele Landry was born in Pasadena, Texas and moved to the Pearland area about ten years ago. She is married to her amazing husband and is the mother to one eighteen-year-old son. She also has two husky girls Lola and Blew that love to talk.  When Michele is not at work, she often spends time with her family watching sports or will head to a casino.

Michele started working at Autumn Oak in May 2021. “My heart is always with the patients and being able to help them get the services they need is very rewarding.  I have worked in various fields of healthcare for the past 13 years, so I have a lot of experience when helping others.”

Brittany Bartolf, Senior Office Administrator 

Brittany Bartolf was born and raised in the Houston area. Some things she enjoys are spending time with family, cooking, dining out, and volunteering at her church.

“As a front office administrator, I have the privilege of coordinating with our patients and staff to ensure that our plan of care for them fits well with their schedules. It is a blessing to get to work with such a wonderful team and to share the joy of seeing our patients benefit from our services.”

 

 

 

Natalie Bartolf, Office Administrator

Natalie Bartolf  was born and raised in Houston with her three older sisters. She currently lives in Pearland with her family and her cat, Bella. On her off time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, baking, volunteering at church, and shopping.
